General tips:

Make calls after 10 am and before 8 pm.

For your initial call, try to make sure you get through all the questions in the call script if you can.

Expect some challenges. If you are unsure how to deal with a situation, you can always contact us.

Don’t offer advice or expertise, or make promises.

End the call with a laugh!
